Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Window

• Cancellations made 6 hours or more before check-in: 25% cancellation charge will apply. Remaining 75% will be adjusted in next booking within 12 months.
• Cancellations made within 6 hours of check-in: No refund will be provided.
• No-show without cancellation: No refund.
• Check-in time: 12:00 Noon to next day 12:00 Noon

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, contact us at hotelganpatinn@gmail.com or call +918540944326 with your Order ID.

3. Refund Timelines

• Approved refunds (If ANY)are initiated within 3–7 business days.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.

4. Exceptions

• Special/event rates and non-refundable bookings may not be eligible for refunds.
• Force majeure or unavoidable circumstances will be handled on a best-effort basis.

5. Partial/Pro-rata Refunds

Early check-out requests are subject to approval and the hotel’s discretion. Charges may apply.
