We provide hospitality services (room bookings) and do not ship physical goods. For the sake of payment gateway compliance, our service fulfillment policy is outlined below.
1. Service Fulfilment
- Bookings are confirmed digitally via email/SMS after successful payment.
- Check-in requires a valid government-approved ID.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Booking confirmation is instant upon successful payment.
- Invoices/receipts are delivered to your registered email address.
3. Non-Delivery Scenarios
- If payment succeeds but booking cannot be honored due to unavailability, a full refund will be issued as per our cancellation policy.
