1. Booking

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Accurate guest details are required at the time of booking.
• Valid ID proof is mandatory at check-in.

2. Pricing & Taxes

• Room tariffs are shown before payment. Applicable taxes (currently 5% plus additional platform charges) will be added during checkout.
• Prices may vary during peak seasons and special events.

3. Payments

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card/UPI credentials.
• Successful payment is required to confirm the booking.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 12:00 Noon
• Check-out time: 12:00 Noon (next day)
• Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
• Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in.

5. Cancellation & Refund

• Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed terms.

6. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and adhere to hotel policies.
• Any damage to property will be chargeable.

7. Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited in the safe.
• Force majeure events may affect services; refunds/resolutions will be at hotel’s discretion.
